His career began at AOL-Time Warner, where he opened a customer support center in Tucson, AZ, hiring over 500 people in 8 months. He later became a General Manager, overseeing 750 employees. In 2009, he co-founded a live event business, achieving over $100M in annual revenue and hosting events globally. Shawn also invested in Tax Hive, along side Kevin O’Leary from Shark Tank , providing tax services for thousands of business owners annually. Shawn is a podcaster and co-author of Ignition Point book.
